Don’t bill someone for cleaning a truck that you handed over not cleaned …… very shabby….. shameful!

I've rented trucks many times before and never had any problems, but this time they didn't give me the keys and charged me double the price for the truck. It was simply awful.
Oleksandr MThe pickup experience was brutal. Apparently the u-haul system was down, and it took almost 1 hour to get any communication from the employee at the location, who finally told me to "call this number and u-haul would help." That call resulted in the agent asking me to put the employee on the phone, where the agent then directed her to use the backup system which was working fine. Once we got through all my information I was handed the keys and away I went. Otherwise, everything was fine with the unit itself being clean and fueled up and I experienced no issues with the equipment.
john sThe check in process took a long time since we had to wait for someone to come and check the truck out. Prefer to work through an office location.
