Today I was at your agency. I noticed that my bank card was charged twice ($61 and $55). You then deducted $25. I had booked the car from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. When I picked up your car (a Chevrolet 4x4), we found that we couldn't start it because it was stuck in the ice. We reported this incident. We had to call the manager's brothers for help. We lost time because it was difficult to get the car out. You can check your security cameras. We wasted over 30 minutes. We were dissatisfied with your service in this regard. And then I had to contact your manager to inform him. This caused us a lot of delays.
