They didn’t have the furniture pads that I called twice to confirm they had. I had to go to another location to get some.

We had trouble determining the amount of liters required to fill the tank properly since the measurements shown were only in gallons and did not specify whether they were US gallons or Imperial gallons. We wished that the calculation diagram had units of litrea to properly allow for filling.
John BThe shop opened at 10am and there were about 4 of us there to rent trucks and a few regular convenience store customers. The single staff member was SUPER organized! Had us all signing up for the rentals at once, no chaos, really efficient guy. The truck was in great shape too!

Johani LA homeless person had been sleeping in the U-Haul we were given it was very dirty inside with a bed and cigarettes. When we went to drop off the U-Haul the convenience store was closed for lunch and we had to wait outside them to open it up again. Overall bad experience
