The agent at the location lacked basic customer service skills and her knowledge of the rental process was rudimentary at best. She was on the phone half of the time and she showed zero attention to queries from the customer.

The front desk staff at the pick up and drop off location were very friendly and helpful howver the people in the yard were not overly helpful so I ended up washing the windshield myself as they were with another customer and pointed me tot the Water and squeegee.
Randall MVehicle wasn't very clean, the exhaust rattles, check engine light was on. I told them no coverage, however, I still got charged and they foraged my signature on the paper work.
