The U-Haul I received was terrible. It smelled awful. It drove terribly. Did not feel safe at all. So grateful I only needed it for a short distance.
Susan PTruck was dirty inside and out. The store that was the U-Haul location had excessive garbage in the parking lot and sold meth and crack pipes in the display case right under the cash register. This location should be reviewed by U-Haul corporate. Did not feel safe while picking up and dropping off the unit.
John PThere was a lot of dog poop behind the passenger side seat, it was really gross and dog hair everywhere, also when I opened up the back there was blood absolutely everywhere was kind of creepy
