Did not receive furniture mats that I paid for. The truck had low KMs but appeared to have never been clean. Bugs on the windows, dirty interior.

The truck was super dirty, smelling, and not clean inside and outside
Jashandeep SMaintenance and general up.keep should be done after returning a vehicle. My rental had no washer fluid, wipers were scratching the glass because of the metal strip, tire pressure code came on ( one tire was 20 pounds too high )brakes were very grabby to a point where normal pressure would almost lock them up . A renter should not be dealing with theses or any issues , it should be maintained and maintenance free not here's your rental as - is , should be good .
Kelly FDropping off the lady barely spoke English and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Vehicle had garbage from previous users in the doors. This whole U-haul experience was a joke. Pretty disappointed.
