I have’nt got the deposit back for no reason

Dallas KIt was really hard to use pickup online procedure, App would not allow to use back camera and took me 30 mins to take photos and it did not accept those and had to call in.
Amandeep GDropped off trailer in an over full yard with hardly enough room to maneuver, yard was very disorganized, was asked to go around back for drop off, so I drove around back to drop it off nobody came out. unhooked it myself and left. U-Haul equipment mixed in all around the yard, they should have a designated area for equipment that’s organized and easy to get to.
