Krischan ABecause we were asked to bring a trailer back from a different location a 2nd party became involved changing our original sized truck to a completely different size . Extremely frustrated over this order we canceled their request to bring trailer back with us. Just got our original truck order from an alternative location then everything went smoothly
Jordan GI booked online, I was charged $216 instead of $50. I use the vehicle within Edmonton but for some reasons I was charged a “one way” fee. Below is my booking information I received after booking Rental Equipment Reservation #: 26591420 Requested Pick Up Location: Creekwood Pizza & Convenience 404 Chapelle Dr SW Edmonton, AB T6W0Z3 Pick Up Date: Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 11:00 AM Drop Off Date: Sunday, March 16, 2025 Equipment: 20' Truck Unfortunately, when I got to the pick up centre, I was told to pick up at which is additional 15mins drive for me.
