I got charged a 50 dollar cleaning fee for absolutely no reason. I have before and after pictures that can confirm the vehicle and rented equipment like blankets and dollys were returned in the EXACT SAME condition that they were in originally

darren hThe owner of this location was very rude. He was unhappy that I picked the trailer close to their closing time. Was very pushy to make me get the CDW. while hooking up the trailer, poked the front of trailer to my SUV's trunk
Tanweer MThis is an Auto Shop so expect the Auto Shop experience. The agent was very pleasant and helpful but busy running is company and doing the UHAUL thing. Not a lot of street parking available but managed to get the truck on one side of the street like instructed to do so, otherwise a possible parking ticket if not properly parked on the public street. This guy was level headed, kind, and very interesting to talk to as he explained how things run with the UHAUL business operations. He is basically an outlet for pick up and drop off and another UHAUL agent comes to do all the paperwork etc. I would come back to this location based on how truthful the guy at the shop is when talking to people. He kept it very friendly, very simple and very easy.He's a very cool guy.
