I requested to return the truck to a location closer to where I unloaded my belongings. However, the store owner where I picked up the truck instructed me to return it to the original pickup location instead. As a result, I had to drive the truck back to that location, which caused me to accumulate approximately twice the mileage I otherwise would have. I believe I should only be responsible for the mileage related to my one-way use, not the additional miles incurred due to being required to return the truck to the original store. I need a refund for this! Im not satisfied with the service of this store.

Truck was old, yellow engine light on, poor suspension that has seen better days. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful

Kyle SI was being overcharged. The U-Haul was not clean in back. No furniture pads. No one was there to help for anything. They were not at all trained and had half information about everything
