I was only told that my charge for the 9ft cargo van would be 19.99 per day i was not informed of the /km charge Very very dissapointing
Zeeshan AThe car is dirty, all over the place is covered in spilled coffee. Ordered Appliance dolly, but they don't have them. You need to specify when ordering a car. I guess I'm carrying everything or what? I don't recommend this location.
Oleksandr PThe staff member at the location barely spoke English, which made communication extremely difficult. Although the instructions stated there was a key drop box, there wasn't one available. Instead, I was told to leave the keys in the vehicle’s lockbox, which feels very insecure. On top of that, the vehicle was dirty, and there were no moving dollies available on site.
Anhelina KI did not get the equipment I ordered and had to take 2 trips. I’d like to see my $50 credit for the guaranteed reservation.
