The truck was dirty due to weather conditions so it was acceptable. They phoned me a day before and let me know the truck was delayed 1hr due to maintenance. Thank you for letting me know. It didn’t impact my move schedule.
Adam MTruck should have never been rented out. It had so many mechanical issues it was just waiting to be impounded.
Chad IOn pick up, the female staff, member was good, on return the male staff member was very rude. The truck was dirty, the check engine light was on and the window crank on driver side was broken. They didn’t seem to care
