The shop opened at 10am and there were about 4 of us there to rent trucks and a few regular convenience store customers. The single staff member was SUPER organized! Had us all signing up for the rentals at once, no chaos, really efficient guy. The truck was in great shape too!

Clean the interior of the equipment has it was durty.
Johani LA homeless person had been sleeping in the U-Haul we were given it was very dirty inside with a bed and cigarettes. When we went to drop off the U-Haul the convenience store was closed for lunch and we had to wait outside them to open it up again. Overall bad experience
