The front desk staff at the pick up and drop off location were very friendly and helpful howver the people in the yard were not overly helpful so I ended up washing the windshield myself as they were with another customer and pointed me tot the Water and squeegee.

Vehicle wasn't very clean, the exhaust rattles, check engine light was on. I told them no coverage, however, I still got charged and they foraged my signature on the paper work.
