May 30 2025 - Disappointing BS operation. Due to the dynamic pricing of a basic trailer from Edmonton to Victoria costing $711!!! I'm not buying the trailer but only using it for three days. After 1.5 hours negotiating with the "traffic" department and two stores in Edmonton, I was offered a 20% discount bringing the total to $570. And get this, to reduce the price the traffic department recommended I take the IN TOWN day rate of $20 and drive it to Victoria and back. Completely broken non-customer centric business. When I finally did get the trailer two hours late, it was dirty, had someone else's discarded junk in it and the latch/locking mechanism was bent preventing it from locking. Unfortunately I had to pack and leave that day so had to suffer through this experience.

The roll up door could use some grease because it was hard to open. Other than that, everything was great.

Jophet MThe trailer had no landing gear. It is absolutely ridiculous that in order to hook up the trailer I had to literally lift it and place it. Put landing gear on your trailers.
