We had to go out the back door of a very cluttered convenience store. The truck was buried in snow. It was a very tight spot to back out of onto a busy back alley. The girls in the store seemed very disorganized and unsure. One didn't even speak English. One in the truck there was a message as soon as I started it saying low left front tire. I rent with uhaul for every and any move and do jot want to return to this location ever again.

Mikal HHave a better acquaintance with the booking system. I completed the check-in the previous day but was being asked for all this same information as though it had never been entered. The truck borrowed could not be unlocked from the driver's side and did not have an ice scraper or snow brush (very odd thing to be without in December in Edmonton). Check-in not completed for over an hour after I returned the vehicle. That said, I think the person was juggling a lot of customers and may not have been in the best position to do this effectively.

Saad EMy reservation appointment time is 9:00 am. I am even late for 5 mins. But the store is closed till 9:30 or till 9:45. When finally opens, I thought the truck will be given to me right away. But the lady keeps on saying that my reservation wasn’t in the system, even I have an email reservation notification. I ended up getting the truck at 10:30am.
