The van was fully covered with snow , window and side mirrors was so dirty Hard in that weather t clean without equipment so I hardly drive till I reached home and cleaned

Raymond MI just viewed my receipt for the van rental. I was never told the kilo charge at the time I picked up the van. I did not asked which is my mistake but I didn’t think I was going to get ripped off at .99/kilo. Now I know how you can rent your vehicles for 19.00/ day. Also I was told vehicle had 3/4 full of gas I put in 20.00 prior to returning which gave you almost Full tank I don’t see any credit on my invoice for the extra gas. You can be sure that this will be the last time I rent from U-HAUL with your Special deals and I will definitely advise anyone I know to stay from U-HAUL and your special deals.
