Edward GEither location knew what was going on for pick up or drop off. I am charged a cleaning fee, yet the van I received was not clean and completely covered in white dust.
Bre RWork on your charges what you charge me is on the high side i used the u haul for just an hour and returned it immediately on getting there your office has closed and i call the customer service to inform them no response only for you people to charge me $132 for an hour service i am not impressed with your service.
