Truck was there as booked and check in was quick and easy
Ritish SThe location for drop-off was just along the road, it's clean but not inviting.
Susan DIt was difficult to figure out where to park the U-Haul. The parking lot in front of the building has a height maximum of 8'12" which is too low for U-Haul trucks. I eventually parked in a hotel parking lot across the street so that I could run in and ask where to park, and was told to park across the street in front of that hotel.
