The equipment we rented was not in the uhaul at pick up. We had to go to a different uhaul location to go rent some. Other than that it was fine

Wipers were in bad shape. And we had freezing rain when I took it. Truck cab was not clean as it had food crumbs in it. Truthfully didn’t care to report it to the store representative but should have. Otherwise the truck and customer service was great.
