U-Haul was filthy inside my dolly was not there and the cost went from estimated 80 to 180 overall not super impressed

Vehicle was dirty and smelled like smoke, lack of confidence in the vehicles road worthiness (loose steering and brakes), completed the rental with an individual on a cell phone, I had ordered furniture pad that were not available. I had to visit another location to get the furniture pad. The vehicle and pads had to be returned to separate locations.
