I was late by 20 to 30 minutes, which is understandable when getting an invoice for the extra charge. However, being charged the full amount for a fixed rate and then having to pay another insurance fee is not acceptable. The lady I spoke with said it was no problem, but as a customer, I wanted to know in advance that I would be charged that much. This is not okay. I bought about a quarter more gas because I think the gauge was showing less than it should have. I ended up buying almost 10 gallons for just 20 miles, which is 7 to 8 gallons more than I would normally consume. I will not use U-Haul again.
