KIRK JThe return location drop was not clearly marked and difficult to find. I had to call support and they weren’t really helpful but I finally found it. Once again. I WAS BILLED TWICE
patricia hYou guys start off by saying it’s $19.99 then I don’t know where your bill turns out to be $230.96 I would never refer you guys to anyone I’d rather just refer them to Home Depot where it’s $120 and miles are included and fees
SHONTAY BI accidentally locked the keys inside the vehicle when I returned it. I can't believe that the location doesn't have a spare set. I was told that I would be charged an additional $75 for "tech support" to come unlock the vehicle. The people at the location are great and this truck was in incredible condition. But charging me $75 (or I could wait around for AAA) to unlock a vehicle AT THE RETURN LOCATION is ridiculous and I will probably not rent UHAUL again. Budget truck rental will be my new vendor. If you would like to offer me a refund on the $75 I would consider renting from you again.
