I leased one 26" truck from U haul, El Campo, Wharton, TX, the office staff provided me all necessary assistances and supports. Before i picked up truck, the staff guide me to do 360 exterior inspection then check interior including mileage, fule gauge...etc and emergency assistance issues. I were satisfied their support to make my trip safe, for sure, I will come back again.

MELINDA RHad to wait 45 minutes for them to show up to be told they are usually closed on sundays and they needed to get breakfast before meeting me at my reserved time. Very unprofessional and wanted to rush me out the door as soon as they pulled up. Even called at 9am which I was hung up on multiple times this is an embarrassment of a an establishment for uhual.
