The employee put the wrong return location in after I told her twice where I was going so I was charged an additional $500 plus for going over my allotted miles. Suppose to be getting a refund but will see.

Freddie CNo one there when I arrived to pickup my reserved trailer. Owner was exceptionally rude on phone. Will not do business there ever again. Will rent out of town to avoid this business. I prefer to do business locally, but not again at this business.
John HI was there over an hour because she could not figure out how to check me in.
CHRISTINE DProbably the best U-Haul place I’ve been to. The owner was quick and efficient.
