No one there when I arrived to pickup my reserved trailer. Owner was exceptionally rude on phone. Will not do business there ever again. Will rent out of town to avoid this business. I prefer to do business locally, but not again at this business.

THOMAS DI leased one 26" truck from U haul, El Campo, Wharton, TX, the office staff provided me all necessary assistances and supports. Before i picked up truck, the staff guide me to do 360 exterior inspection then check interior including mileage, fule gauge...etc and emergency assistance issues. I were satisfied their support to make my trip safe, for sure, I will come back again.
