My uhaul leaked all over my things. This uhual was patched and the ceilings were leaking really bad. I let them know and the uhaul is still being rented out to others. I was also promised a refund which I haven’t gotten yet and the claims department is giving me the run around on my things. I will not be using uhaul ever again.
Deanna HDrop the prices we travel within six miles round trip and didn’t keep the truck an hour. Had to pay for insurance I was hoping to use our personal insurance and this cause us sixty dollars
Prezell BDJ ‘s Cutomer service was above average in helping me hook up my rental dolly. He came to my home to help me getting truck pointed in correct direction. Dolly on back of truck is difficult to turn around. The truck was not swept out when I went to load it.
