Carol CIt’s a convenience store the clerks really don’t know much in there. I had a situation with the door being stuck on the truck. I felt like roadside assistance gave me so many problems asked me the question over and over again and I told him my phone was about to die and it did. Extremely frustrating. Thank God I got help from people at gas station. I felt like the guy from roadside assistance was very condescending with me. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t think I’ll rent from U-Haul again. I’ll definitely use another rental company.
