SAMANTHA CThe whole pick up fiasco was a very abhorrent experience. This location was very inconvenient to me as I live in the northeast. The physical location is in a small and has very limited parking and cramped aneuvering to hitch a trailer. It would have been better for me the customer to have been serviced in one of the the several centers in the NE. You should allow the customer to choose where to pick upand drop off, customer service 101. The location is in a heavy road construction too, making the location a nightmare to access especially if you are coming from across town. A waste of fuel, money, and most importantly my time!
