TIMOTHY WI reserved the same type of units from U Haul on Dyer St in El Paso and they did not have anything available when it was time to pick up, they did not refer me to JB Integrity which had the exact units I required in stock. I only found this out by contacting JB Integrity directly. Very poor customer service by U Haul on Dyer St.
