Not only were they patient with us but we even received a call checking in on everything. I would highly recommend renting from this place. The service is spectacular!

Mark RExperience was horrible, reservation was not followed from what was said at the beginning of the rental process when I made the call to reserve. Then the resolution process of attempting to fix the issue by uhaul. 3 tires needed to he replaced due to cracking and excessive wear out of 4, and then an extra fee was going to be charged because drop off location was not noted correctly in the contract even though it was mentioned to 3 different uhaul reps, one by phone when I initially made the reservation and two in person at two different locations. I will not be renting from uhaul again even though I was a returning customer for trailer rentals and will just be buying my own trailer. Horrible experience, by far, the absolute worse. Not to mention that when I called for help, the rep in the El Paso sector a male claiming to manager mentioned that he would be charging me and sending it to collections if I didn't pay for the incorrect drop off location. El Paso needs some serious attention and training. Hopefully the calls were recorded and people reprimanded.
Ricardo RChange in pickup location as per Uhaul. Had to travel 20 miles to pick up truck in spite of reserving 6 was in advance. Truck had only 1/4 tank of gas which made experience more agitating. Truck had visible superficial damages which were already documented, however, had to call CS to upload more picks on the interior damages. I believe Uhaul had a policy of picking up vehicle with full tank and return with full tank.

Marlon LThe U-haul rentals are a secondary business for this location. Therefore the U-Haul clients are not immediately served but it was pretty good service.
James KThe only reason I would not recommend the location is because this location at 6335 N Mesa St, El Paso, TX 79912 has by far the worst customer service I have ever received. The people at the location we picked up the truck from, even though they were not a 24 hour location made every effort tip help us so ny complaint is not about them, rather the Coronado location. When I contacted the Coronado location they gave me a rate, we provided a credit card. I called again a few days later to confirm drop off location and was given a different rate, a higher rate. The Coronado location would not help me, not the employee or the supervisor I had to request management above the supervisor. After speaking with Ms. Candia, and after she reviewed the recording she honored my original rate but I was advised that I would need to pick up a dolly instead of a transport elsewhere but i could pick up the truck at the Coronado location and that someone would contact me about where to get the dolly. Nobody called me back, we went to the Coronado location for pickup because they do not answer their phones throughout the day. I spoke with an employee and again he was rude and sarcastic and get this they said I couldn't pick up the truck there, I had to pick it up elsewhere. They made no effort to help me. We were sent to the Coronado country club location, they closed at 6, we got there 15 after. But fortunately for us they made every effort to help us, not Uhaul but the employees who worked at that location. I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone, especially the Coronado location in El Paso, Tx. I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. Their company is a big joke!

Jesus CI rented cover blankets and 50 % were not usable for my white / clean sofas,they were full of dog hair.

Diana BUpon taking the two wheel dolly home to load our vehicle, we noticed there was only one usable safety chain. The second chain was attached to the trailer with a padlock, which we did not have the key for. It also had a broken, hook, so it would not have worked. We used the dolly, but with only one safety chain. I would advise to get that dolly fixed.

F. XThe parking lot is very full, so a person can’t leave a car there for a few hours or a day. Very small office. They also repair cars there in a very cramped space.
Cabell CWhen we returned the auto transport, the gentleman was very rude by saying we close at 3pm and Uhaul doesn’t want us taking the autos off the auto transport. We’ve never had these problems before with Uhaul. In Houston, they were very friendly and helpful and put my car on the auto transport. In El Paso, the gentleman was rude and had horrrible customer service skills.

Richard MThe representative told us we could drop off the Uhaul at any location Sunday because their location is closed and the entrance is blocked off. We ended up going to another location on 6335 Mesa, El Paso and the representative (Oscar) told us the uhaul trailer we rented needed to be turned into the original location BUT Oscar was so great to us! He made some adjustments and was able to check in the uhaul trailer to his location! I am so grateful for Oscar!!! Next time we will be renting at the Uhaul location on 6335 Mesa El Paso, TX
