Stacey MInside of cab was dusty, had coffee stains, and smelled of cigarettes. The drop off lot to return is being used as a homeless encampment at night. People were demanding money and it smelled of urine, felt very unsafe while taking pictures required by app.
Jessica BPlease keep the turn-in location close to the customer’s area instead of requiring a 35–45 minute drive, especially when there are approximately 8–10 local locations available where the equipment could be returned.
