How U-Haul Reviews WorkI reserved a van at 521 Appian way on 18/10 and when I got there to pick up at 8 am but the store was closed and the person didn’t showed up till 8:15 am and there was not any van available for me . So I had to change my plans and got to go San Pablo dam road . The person works at that store was wonderful saved my day.
yangchen dAwesome service
Jeanalyn PFor some reason, there was no one there upon returning the vehicle. There was no sign indicating WHEN someone would return, etc. After 20 to 30 minutes, someone showed up to allow me to drop off the key and return the vehicle. Otherwise, the experience was perfect!!
