wrong drop off location. same comment as above "picked up with tank on empty - it should be uhaul's or the location's responsibility to fill it to at least 1/4 tank. i overfilled because i was traveling through a remote location and was not adequately reimbursed"

Great customer service
SHERRI MThe mileage rate is too expensive. The coverage plane went up from 8 to 15 dollars. I guess I will have to look at buying my own van as the rentals are getting too expensive. The service at this location was great.
Michael PFront desk very helpful during move when I had to extend. Very easy to talk to and very fast and reliable. Also, the fact that it’s at a gas station makes filling up gas before returning it ultra easy and pleasant. 5/5 experience. Will be coming back.
