When I arrived to pick up my 26 foot truck it was not available. Had to call the customer service number and they walked me thru getting an 20 foot truck that was available. Also reserved 2 dozen moving blankets which I could not get so my furniture got scratched up. Awful experience all around.

Scott MEveryone was helpful and nice, but the person with the keys to the office where the truck keys are kept left right before we got there and they had to call him to come back, so we were delayed about 10 minutes in getting the truck
Julia SI was double booked. Even with the so called $50 back guarantee I had to wait over 45 minutes to get a new truck.
