Linda, I’ve known her for about seven years now and she’s an amazing beautiful person. Excellent service just give her a break you know cause she’s an Alzheimer but she’s a wonderful woman to assist you in your needs. I will definitely be going back to them. I’ve been using them for years and I recommend a lot of people see them because they do good work. Good service trucks are clean. Well pain.

MADHU PThe communication by the U-Haul company was horrendous. On Wednesday 1/14/26, I was told that I had the U-Haul pick up at a closer location that I chose. The person on the phone confirmed this with me and explained the process for getting the truck on Sunday 1/18/26. I thought everything was fine. On the app it showed my confirmation. Then on Saturday 1/17/26, I got a call from U-Haul confirming my pick up for a truck at a farther and different location. The person I spoke to was very short with me and unapologetic. The lack of customer service was disappointing considering I had already confirmed the truck at a closer location. They didn't seem to have any explanation as to why I had to go to a different location the day before I needed the truck. They also didn't tell me it was a mobile check in/check out process for the truck. I didn't find that out until I got to the location on Sunday and the staff member was confused as to why I wasn't doing it on my phone when that was not explained to me over the phone the day before. The only positive about this experience was the rental pick up location as well as the service at this location was good. The staff member was helpful throughout the process. Since I filled up the tank to 1/4, I got a discount as well.
