I used the uhaul app to reserve a time and it was fast and easy. The worker at the shop was kind and explained everything very well. Will use again in the future, easy process and great customer service.

Did not want safe move

Yevhen HMy U-Haul reservation was moved to this location as a 20ft truck was not available at my desired location. However, my order also contained 24 furniture pads. When I went to pick up the truck this location had 0 pads to offer and said I had to "drive around to different U-Hauls to look for pads". Quite unacceptable in my opinion. If a reservation moves, make sure all requested items are available there as well!
