My U-Haul reservation was moved to this location as a 20ft truck was not available at my desired location. However, my order also contained 24 furniture pads. When I went to pick up the truck this location had 0 pads to offer and said I had to "drive around to different U-Hauls to look for pads". Quite unacceptable in my opinion. If a reservation moves, make sure all requested items are available there as well!

Roman KI recently rented a truck from your location, and as a first-time renter, I was not informed that I needed to return the vehicle with the fuel tank at the same level it was provided. I drove the truck for approximately 50 miles, and upon return, I was charged an extra $50 just for fuel. I was surprised and disappointed by this unexpected charge, as I feel it could have been clearly communicated at the time of rental. Had I known, I would have gladly refueled the truck myself. I’m reaching out not only to express my concern, but also to suggest that this important detail be made more clear for future renters — especially first-timers like myself. A simple verbal reminder or written notice would go a long way in preventing misunderstandings.
