They gave me a Uhaul that had no working USB ports for almost a 1000 mile Trip. There was NO way to charge my phone, use my navigation, or make any calls. I had to stop at a rest stop and spend an hour and a half charging my phone 2 times on my trip. It added over 3 hours to my drive. My original quote included 5 days and when I picked it up Elkhorn Rentals only wanted to give me 4 days which I stated it was for 5 days. I was supposed to get a guaranteed 20' Truck reservation or 50.00 and I ended up with 26' truck with NO working USB ports and bald tires that got stuck in the mud and NO 50.00 credit for the wrong truck. I had to pay 100.00 out of pocket from a neighbor to get unstuck even though my original reservation I booked had a 7.00 charge SafeTrip® supplemental roadside assistance that was supposed to cover being stuck in the mud. The store had Trump MAGA hats displayed inside the store. Had I known I was supporting a TRUMP MAGA Business I would have NEVER Spent a DIME With Them!
