We filled out paperwork online, walked in and showed credentials and signed, got in our van and drove away in about ten minutes. The new Dodge van was a pleasure to drive and seemed to be more fuel efficient than the older equipment.

JEFFREY ZThe uhaul was not swept when got it. We arrived and upon receipt of the keys in attendant informed me that he took off the charge for the furniture dolly as they didn’t have one. That should’ve been a phone call to us prior to pick up as we were depending on the furniture dolly. I was not happy.
Tiffany COnly issue was the AC was acting up. It was pretty hot and an AC would have been nice.
CODY Sthe uhaul web site is messed up, calling uhaul on the is messed up 3 calls and still could set me up a drop off spot. so, I went to Elk Horn they were very nice and took great care of me.
