In returning the trailer I have hired, im supposed to return the trailer at 12 noon but I called the uhaul staff to in my place to return it early. Called before going and they sent me to address that there is no worker, its like abandoned place, I called uhaul and told me that it will open at 10 am, so i went home and back at 11 am but still there is no worker to assist me. And in returning, I haven't signed any papers that witnessed that I have returned the trailer.
