Poorly explained at pickup
TIMOTHY Wit was a nightmare from the start!
FREDERICK RFirst off, when we went to the first location where we were supposed to pick up the trailer, no one was even there. Obviously I do not expect much from a location up in Elliot Lake, but when we walked into the convenience store where we had to pick up the U-Haul, the place reeked of marijuana and it was obvious that the man working there was high. The hookup on the trailer was clearly rusty - making it very difficult to hook up and unhook the trailer to the truck. The man working there insulted the intelligence of both my husband and me. He told my husband that the ball was not 2", which it was. When my husband asked me to go into the truck to test the lights on the trailer, the left signal light was working, but not the right signal - my husband was trying to tell the man that the wire connection was broken and that he needed to replace it, but the man asked my husband if I was "doing the signal correctly", implying that I do not know how to turn on a signal. Needless to say, I was extremely insulted.
