We had reserved a Uhaul one month in advance and received a confirmation email and telephone call from Uhaul one day prior to our pick up date indicating everything was in order. When we went to pick up our truck on moving day, there was no truck available, the phone number provided to us was not a Uhaul dealer and we had to drive two hours from Sault Ste Marie to Elliot Lake to pick up a truck and drive it back to Sault Ste Marie. After our move, we were charged for over mile use. This whole experience was a colossal failure on Uhaul's part. One of the worse exeriences with any business I have ever had in my life. What is Uhaul going to do for us to compensate us for our extreme invonvenience and charges incurred?

Bob Melloit lake drop off was okay
Randy MHad to take a 26 ft truck as it was the only one they had, but a 15 ft one was reserved.
sandra bThe only thing is I had rented a 20 foot truck but ended up with a 26 foot truck which meant more moneys for fuel but at least you gave us a free day and also no extra charge for the 26 footer so thank you for that .
