The poor guy did not know what he was doing that my son and I had to do it on the computer. Better training. Then when I returned the truck our truck was not registered. Had to wait like it was my mess up. Son had to work I had an appointment. The guy at the gas station didn't even do the walk around for damages. I had to take pics of the milage, video of my own walk around. Did I get some discount nope! Was i offered nope! The people at the Chicago store were nice understanding and helpful.

This location was awful. I paid for the truck and still fighting U-Haul to get my money back as the location was not able to figure out how to hand me a key. I can’t believe U-Haul , I will be suing U-Haul as I am still arguing about getting my money back plus the time I invested in trying to get my money back
