System was down/slow and it took us an hour and a half to be able to leave with the rental. I was moving and was on a time crunch, so that really wasn't ideal, and made the day a lot more difficult than it had to be. A partial refund is warranted.
Benjamin STruck felt like it was going to breakdown and then they rob you with unnecessary fees due to their negligence.
Andy JUhaul rep was very helpful. However the truck was not ready and the individuals at Power Mart was not ready and not helpful.
