Uhaul was scheduled for self pick-up at 8:00am, however when we arrived to obtain instructions from cell phone it indicated that a truck had not been assigned to us. Store didn't open until 9:00am. Called customer service which indicated that we need to speak to Scheduling and transferred us, in which case their voice mail said to call back during business hours. Never got a live person on the other end. Called customer service again several times and they basically said they could not help us. Around 8:35 am a store employee showed up inside the store but would not come to the door to even assist and just ignored us. 10 minutes later a female employee showed up and I confronted her about our dilema. She said she couldn't do anything about it until 9:00am when the computers would be available. I told her we were paying 2 helpers $20/hr. starting at 9:00a. (which was 45 minutes away) and she indicated that it basically wasn't the store's problem, but Corporate's problem because they don't have self service pick up, at least that works properly. So basically I had to pay 2 hired helpers an extra $40 to stand around and wait another hour until we got back because a local U-haul supplier and Corporate were not in agreement of how things worked. I have a confirmation email from Uhaul that states we had a guaranteed pick up time of 8:00am which was not the case at all. I look forward to hear your response and would appreciate a monetary credit for the additional cost to myself.

Don’t rip your customers off. I dropped the truck off at the same amount of gas I was supposed to but it’s conveniently a few gallons short when you guys charged me.

hidden charges for gas when it had been refueled to prior level, after use prior to drop off. Charged cleaning fees for truck that was cleaner than when picked up. NEVER use them again. Budget rentals will always have my business. Budget and Penske agents walk with customer to check for prior damages and fuel levels etc, before leave premises, and do same wnen return it

We were standing there for over 45 minutes because they had one worker on. The gentleman originally working with us walked away and never returned. The lady had her son sitting there and he stared creepily at me while I waited, which I felt was highly unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. The dolly was never placed in the truck. We were told when we called it would be cheaper to do round trip and return to the U-Haul place when in actuality it cost twice as much than if I did one way. I could have paid $178 instead on $312. What a way to scam your customers out of more money. I am highly dissatisfied and feel that this was a scam to make U-Haul more money off of an innocent customer. Only good thing was the customer service we had to call on the way back because of the wait at the store we would not be there on time to return before store closed. The customer service rep on the phone for the company and not individual store was great.

uck was horrible... sucked up the gas and the truck had no power when going up hills even very small ones... not happy with the truck at all not with the price I paid... might look into another moving company in the future.... employees didn't listen to my complaints about the truck

My complaint is with the central contact number. They are AWFUL- no one actually knows there products - it's like speaking with a robot - they literally read off of a script. Our local place is good but I'm often forced to deal with the central number. 3 days later and I'm still waiting for management to contact me regarding this.

When completing the rental on my phone app, it said that any previous damage would be marked with red tape, it was not which meant I had to take more photos of the damaged areas and there were numerous. The Cell signal at the location was not great so it was a longer than expected process. There should be more than 1 employee on during business hours. Waiting in a line when you are in a hurry is not desired. They employee was very nice when I did get to talk to him. This is the only location near where I live, which is 15 miles away.

The employee I worked with was, bar none, the best I have ever worked with at ANY uhaul location. I neglected to catch his name, but he was in his 20's, dark hair, beard, and provided the best customer service I could have asked for.

The equiptment was reserved from 07:30 til 15:00 . I had a small wiring problem (broken ground wire) I was forbidden to make the minor repair on site. When I returned 1 hour later with lights repaired I was told that the trailer had been rented to someone else for 11:00 so I could not use the equiptment. They did however contact me later when other equiptment was returned and re rent me a trailer.

I called. when I got there they had the wrong reservation (wrong vehicle reserved) No one told me to bring my insurance card so I had to pay $10 for the insurance or go home.to get it so I paid. The person designated the gas tank as full and it was not. I told the agent and she said "Ill mark it" but didnt tell me not to return it full so I bought $15 worth of gas for driving 32 miles/
