This location was very good. Workers were very kind and helpful. Answered all our questions of unknown, walked us to where we should park the U-Haul and were just generally kind and an easy location to deal with. I would definitely recommend this location

DAVID VNo manager to close contract on site. Asked to wait while having friends wait to take me back home. Short answer, no. I do not recommend.

Jonathan CThe gentleman I dealt with was pleasant. However it was not the location I had requested. Colby drive in Waterloo was walkable. The Elmira location I had to get a taxi. Also a busy convenience store. It wasn’t noticeable as a U-Haul depot.
