customer service was fine. Both rep's at Gas station were nice. However for a short trip it was quite expensive. Gas was just full when i took the van, but when filled it was difficult to stop at exact level and put extra when returned. at least $6 worth. No refund received. overall on self service uhaul is now gettting expensive for small moves. Pet hair, service due oil change was on, safety air bag light was on. Didn't feel good about this.
