SAVANNAH EGNS is good to deal with, but U-Haul customer systems suck. The payment terminal doesn't accept tap, you have to got through a bunch of annoying screens like buying carbon offset credits before you can terminate the session. Don't choose to get your receipt by email, because then they'll spam you with requests to rate their service, and there is no option to unsubscribe. Don't use the online booking system as it is terrible and inventory often doesn't match what's really on the ground. Just call and ask.
