I tried to rent from the Highlands Ranch, CO location. When I made the reservation for a trailer, I was told they could not guarantee that one would be available at this location, but did guarantee that one nearby would have it, and someone would call me to let me know where to pick up. I never received a call, and the location I was given when I called was 25 minutes further away. As such, I decided to pick up the trailer one day earlier because I didn't want to waste at least an hour of my move-day going to this further location. So I had to pay for an extra day of rental. The location that I picked up at said it would be no problem to return it to the Highlands Ranch location. It was only when I picked up the trailer did they tell me it would be significantly more cost to return to a different location. And they seemed very surprised that the Highlands Ranch location didn't have any trailers available. So, I'm not happy with the extra cost, but even more so, the extra time needed to go to this other location to pick up and drop off.

Get charged for two days for one day services. I called 3 times to resolve the issue but have to wait for several days to get to the right person to talk to and the issue has not been fixed yet.

The manager Kenneth Hannum was extremely unfriendly and unmotivated. I picked up the vehicle and there was a discrepancy with the amount of fuel the truck had. He noted it on my contract and I went on my way. I returned the truck 2 days later, and after waiting in line to be helped for 40 minutes, I finally was called up to the counter by Mr. Hannum who blatantly told me that they were to busy to check in a truck so just leave the keys and I was good to go. Then I receive a bill via email that has some huge discrepancies and upcharges one of which was for fuel! I am so unsatisfied

Have a friendlier clerk. The young lady seemed like a robot spilling out what she was supposed to say. I had to keep asking her to speak up. She was not interactive at all and just wanted me out of there. Previous experience at this location has been awesome.

Initial ordering was via phone (regional/national, not Englewood staff) and was terrible experience. Danielle assisted us at the Englewood facility and was absolutely outstanding.

be more patient and less condescending when signing out your equipment. its much better to ask the same question twice and be clear about what you are agreeing to and what is expected of you then to walk out of your store wondering

I returned a trailer. The equipment dropoff area was unusable since a person returning a large moving truck had not pulled up very far and was unloading a car off a trailer towed by truck. I parked the trailer back in the spot it belonged. The person that check-in the trailer was irratated I had not followed the "rules". A little understanding would be nice. It was impossible for me to use the equipment check-in location.

Although the folks were nice and tried hard, the computer system was awful. It required me to check-in and make sure my truck would pull the trailer but it failed to send me to the right location to pick up the trailer. Then, it offered me a discount to return the trailer to Littleton but couldn't confirm. Then I got a call while I was driving to Steamboat the next day asking why I hadn't returned the trailer yet in Littleton. I just laughed. Finally, the dolly given to me was broken but there was no way I was going back too the pick up facility. Your computer system needs some serious work as no matter how hard your employees work, they cannot make up for an awful computer system.
