Kayla JOn returning trailer I was informed the trailer number was not trailer on contract and contract number was not in system. Only record was copy of contract I had on my phone. It took hours to get receipt for return Charges were very confusing. I was charge for trailer in Waxahachi Tx, a partial refund issued and charged for trailer picked up in Ennis Tx
