Very good service from the people helping me. They had internet issues but they remained friendly and worked through the issues. Even though it was raining at the time, the man got the tow dolly hooked up to my truck. Great Customer Service

DENISE Athe check-in took waaaay toooo long due to the "WiFi" not syncing. Once ready 30 minutes later, there was no "walk through" of the vehicle offered nor explained. Some things are beyond control but still, if it is you're business to know then know your business...hence my recommendation...
William HThe mileage on the truck I was renting has not been closed out from the other renter so although it took an extra half hour to get my rental (I tried to do mobile rental), the worker took a picture of the odometer and so did I. When I got my statement there was a credit for the extra miles. I’ve rented from this location numerous times and I’ve always been satisfied with the service.
