On returning trailer I was informed the trailer number was not trailer on contract and contract number was not in system. Only record was copy of contract I had on my phone. It took hours to get receipt for return Charges were very confusing. I was charge for trailer in Waxahachi Tx, a partial refund issued and charged for trailer picked up in Ennis Tx

We reserved a flatbed trailer on-line but when we got there we decided to switch it car hauler. Staff made the switch quickly for us with no problem at all and we were on our way. We returned after the store was closed but following the directions on the app we made our return a snap. Only issue we have is we were charged a 2 day rental when we only had the trailer a little over 12 hours. I will contact the store Monday when they are opened to get it resolved. If that doesn’t work I will contact the corporate offices.
Jerry NI literally refueled the truck before I drop it off. My invoice showed I was charged $25 for extra Fuel.
