Check the tires. In side tire had been flat and ran on for a while. I forgot to check them before I left and had to spend time calling roadside for help they did a great job fixing tire.

There was no one to help me with the rental process. The young man that worked at the counter was not qualified to do rentals on the office computer and I had to do it online. The staff that usually set up the rentals were out of office and the young man was not properly trained how to do a rental. I had to do the rental on my iphone, which was a grueling process and was very lengthy. Why would Ennis Feed leave an untrained employee to handle Uhaul rentals?
BRIAN DThe absolute worst experience ever. I used uhaul in September of last year and actually drove further and barely spent over 100 dollars. The receipt today says I drove 110 miles. They charged me almost $200. There’s more to complain about but, it doesn’t matter because I’m never spending anymore of my money with uhaul. Hope you felt like a winner, because you just lost a customer. “Two thumbs down”
