The steering wheel was misaligned had to hold it a quarter turn to keep the truck straight and the suspension needs work and my stuff was shaking all over in the cabin due to the poor suspension bouncing the truck the entire drive. Also not contacting me during business hours about the location I reserved a mobile pick up for not having mobile pick up as an option making it to where I used 7 more miles than I planned to originally was poor customer service. Yes the issue was fixed but I wouldve liked to have been contacted while the location was open so I could've picked it up at the closer location during business hours. Also price is way way way too high
