There was one thing that set this location apart from every other U-Haul location I have been to - outstanding customer service. I did not have to wait, the person helping me was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I will return to this location.
Paul EVery kind, I was greeted with a huge smile. Took the time to go over things with me. I was in and out very quickly. I felt welcome and I will reccommend this place to the community I live in.
Travis RWe didn’t get the size truck we reserved, which was disappointing. We had to use a larger truck which made it more difficult for parking and driving.
Delea HThey preloaded the unit with blankets and a dolly which I did not need or want. They were secured in such a manner that if they were used I would be charged extra. All this did was take up space in a unit that I paid for! If this policy is acceptable to Uhaul I definitely will not rent from you again!
