We didn’t get the size truck we reserved, which was disappointing. We had to use a larger truck which made it more difficult for parking and driving.
Delea HThey preloaded the unit with blankets and a dolly which I did not need or want. They were secured in such a manner that if they were used I would be charged extra. All this did was take up space in a unit that I paid for! If this policy is acceptable to Uhaul I definitely will not rent from you again!
