We arrived in time and the business was closed with no lockbox or any communication how to access the truck. Spent 45 minutes messaging with UHaul and even sending a message to the phone number/name on business door (we could see they instantly read the message but no response to us). Then were told they were coming to the business within 5 minutes with keys to the truck. Waited an additional 15 minutes. When they arrived- no apology just a “No one called and told us.” Then had to wait for the man to open the business and we went into a hot (no AC) building and waited for him to power on computers and login to the uhaul site. I told him I had completed the online process over an hour prior when I arrived. He still asked for my license. He finally understood I was already dispatched. I asked about the appliance dolly I had rented and he said they don’t have those at their location. Once again- no apology. I was handed the keys and that was it. I was charged for a dolly I didn’t get. I was there for over an hour waiting for the keys. We ended up moving in a heavy rainstorm because of the delay. Totally unacceptable for uhaul. Honestly- it was very disappointing.

This location is very small for a 26ft U-Haul and attached Trailer. If you’re dropping off smaller items sure it would be more ideal.

Sharon CPoor location not well managed. Employees were unfamiliar with how to hook up equipment and two employees offered no help. The trailer leaked during a rain storm, damaging being transported inside.
